The prices of tickets are subject to change without prior notice. Badasha Magic World reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services temporarily or permanently with or without notice.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
2. Booking Process
To book tickets, users must complete the online booking form, providing accurate details including but not limited to name, email, contact number, and payment details.
Once payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address containing the booking details and ticket(s).
Badasha Magic World is not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect information provided during the booking process.
3. Payments
Payments for bookings must be made in full using the payment methods available on our portal.
We use third-party payment gateways for processing transactions. Badasha Magic World is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by these payment gateways.
Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined below.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations can be made online through your account on our portal or by contacting our support team.
The cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the event, show, or service booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 working days, excluding any service charges or fees.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling of tickets may be possible depending on the availability and terms of the specific event or service. Rescheduling requests must be made 3 days before the event.
Badasha Magic World reserves the right to charge an additional fee for rescheduling.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to use the portal in a lawful manner and must not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities while using our services.
Users must not attempt to harm, disable, or impair the functionality of the portal.
Misuse of the portal or violation of the terms may result in termination of services without prior notice.
